I offer Squarespace web design, business mentoring for women solopreneurs, and Moon Pause online rest retreats. I help women create websites that feel authentic, develop their online business strategy, and find rest and renewal in their busy lives.

Do you work with clients worldwide?

Yes! All of my services are available online, so I work with women solopreneurs from all over the world. While I'm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, my virtual services allow me to support clients globally.

Moon Pause is both a book and a practice. The book, Moon Pause: A Field Guide to Rest, Rhythm, and Returning to Yourself in Midlife and Beyond, guides women through rest and renewal. I also offer monthly online mini-rest retreats held on the New Moon. You can join live from the comfort of home or access the resources in the online portal.

I work primarily with women solopreneurs, especially those in midlife and beyond who want to create businesses and lives that feel spacious, authentic, and alive. I blend practical skills with soulful support to help women share their gifts online.
