I'll guide you through a Brand & Website Strategy Session to create a cohesive, authentic brand foundation. The Starter Package is designed to give you a clear, beautiful online presence that reflects who you are and what you offer. It's a thoughtful, collaborative process that includes brand and website strategy, a Website Style Board you can use across all your brand touchpoints, and the support you need to feel confident moving forward.

Weeks 1–2: Strategize
After signing the contract and submitting your deposit, we’ll begin with a Project Launch meeting. You’ll complete a Brand Strategy Questionnaire, and I’ll create your Brand Style Board. We’ll meet for a 1:1 strategy session to clarify the look, feel, and structure of your site. You'll also start sourcing images for your website.
Weeks 3–4: Build
I’ll design the first version of your Squarespace site using a custom layout based on your goals and strategy. Once the draft site is ready, you’ll begin writing your content using a guided framework I provide—writing directly into the site helps you stay clear, focused, and aligned with the design. I’ll continue refining the site as your content and images come together. You’ll have two weeks of unlimited revisions to finalize the design.
Weeks 5–6: Launch & Support
When everything feels just right, we’ll launch your website and your final payment will be due. I’ll guide you through a personalized training session so you can confidently manage and update your site. You’ll also receive two weeks of post-launch email support—and you’re always welcome to book me for future updates as your business evolves.

Website Tending Sessions are flexible, collaborative sessions tailored to your specific needs. Here are some examples of what we might work on together:
Reviewing and improving user experience and navigation
Backend cleanup - organizing your asset folders and pages
Image optimization for faster loading and better quality
SEO setup and optimization - meta titles, descriptions, alt text
Setting up new pages (sales pages, blog, service pages, etc.)

General troubleshooting and refinement
This is hands-on, collaborative work. I'm not just giving you advice, we're doing the work together.

Step 1: Free Discovery Call Book a free 30-minute discovery call where we'll discuss your website needs and explore whether Website Tending is the right fit for you.
Step 2: Custom Proposal After our call, I'll create a simple project proposal outlining the work we'll do together and the estimated time needed. For example: "Based on our conversation, I recommend 5 hours of Website Tending to address image optimization, SEO setup, and refreshing your About page. Total investment: $400 CAD"
Step 3: Schedule & Tend Once you approve the proposal, we'll schedule our sessions and get to work.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes via Zoom, and you can book as many as you need.

$80 CAD per hour Sessions are billed hourly, giving you flexibility to work on what matters most without committing to a large package.
Add-on available:
New page setup (sales page, blog, service page, etc.) - $275 CAD per page
This includes the page structure, design, and setup. You'll provide the content, and I'll offer guidance and support along the way.
