Overview of the Process

WEEK 1 & 2

STRATEGIZE

After signing the contract, we’ll schedule a Project Launch meeting to outline the timeline. The first half of the payment is due at this time.

Next, you’ll complete the Brand Strategy Questionnaire, and I’ll create a Brand Style Board.

WEEK 3 & 4*

BUILD

I’ll create a website template based on your goals. You’ll write your content and source images using the template as a guide.

I’ll update the website with your content and make adjustments as needed. You’ll have unlimited revisions for two weeks to fine-tune everything until it feels just right.

WEEK 5 & 6

LAUNCH & SUPPORT

Once you're happy with your website, we’ll prepare for the launch, ensuring it feels meaningful. The second half of the payment is due on launch day.

I’ll teach you how to easily update your site, and you'll get two weeks of email support.

*My web design process is calm at the core. Depending on my client’s needs, the Build phase of the project may last longer.

Multi-Page Package

Perfect for heart-centered solopreneurs with service-based businesses who are ready for a full online presence. We’ll begin with a brand strategy session to create a cohesive, authentic foundation—and then I’ll bring your words and images to life in a professional, personalized multi-page website.

    • 1-hour brand strategy session to lay a strong foundation for your site

    • Custom Brand Style Board with colors, fonts, mood board, and messaging

    • 4 custom pages – Home, About, Services, Contact

    • 404 page + legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions – using your text)

    • Mobile-responsive design to look great across all devices

    • Five 1:1 meetings (Launch, Brand Strategy, Revisions, Training, + Optional Support Session)

    • Customized contact form

    • Newsletter Opt-in Setup

    • Basic SEO setup – meta titles, descriptions, alt text, and image optimization

    • Social media account connection

    • Squarespace training to help you navigate and update your site

    • Unlimited revisions within a 2-week window

    • 2 weeks of post-launch email support

  • Weeks 1–2: Strategize

    After signing the contract and submitting your deposit, we’ll begin with a Project Launch meeting. You’ll complete a Brand Strategy Questionnaire, and I’ll create your Brand Style Board. We’ll meet for a 1:1 strategy session to clarify the look, feel, and structure of your site. You'll also start sourcing images for your website.

    Weeks 3–4: Build

    I’ll design the first version of your Squarespace site using a custom layout based on your goals and strategy. Once the draft site is ready, you’ll begin writing your content using a guided framework I provide—writing directly into the site helps you stay clear, focused, and aligned with the design. I’ll continue refining the site as your content and images come together. You’ll have two weeks of unlimited revisions to finalize the design.

    Weeks 5–6: Launch & Support

    When everything feels just right, we’ll launch your website and your final payment will be due. I’ll guide you through a personalized training session so you can confidently manage and update your site. You’ll also receive two weeks of post-launch email support—and you’re always welcome to book me for future updates as your business evolves.

  • $2100 CAD

    This package includes a custom-designed 4-page website (Home, About, Services, Contact) plus legal and 404 pages, a brand style board, Newsletter opt-in setup, SEO setup, personalized training, and post-launch support. It’s a full digital home for your work—designed to grow with your business.

    My process is thoughtful, collaborative, and easy on the nervous system.

    Add-ons available:

    • Additional website pages – $275 CAD per page

    • Custom logo using Canva – $200 CAD

    • Email campaign setup, which may include a welcome email sequence, lead magnet creation, and newsletter templates, starting at $275 CAD

    Payment details:
    A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due upon completion. Payment plans are available if needed.

    You’ll need a Squarespace annual subscription (not included). As a Squarespace Gold Circle Member, I can offer you a 20% discount on your first year.
