BRAND STRATEGY, WEB DESIGN, COPY DIRECTION FOR SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR
Tamarah came to me ready to create her first website.
She wanted a gentle, authentic online home for her work as a spiritual director - a space that would reflect her grounded, compassionate presence. Here's how we brought her vision to life:
-
The color palette was inspired by a beloved throw blanket—the blues and golden tones infuse the site with warmth and soul. This wasn't just about picking pretty colors; it was about capturing the feeling of coming home.
Each image was intentionally chosen to reflect Tamarah's essence, and the design holds space for both her individual and group offerings.
-
We worked intentionally, giving Tamarah the time and space to reflect on her offerings.
Together, we began by exploring the heart of her brand - not just what she offers, but how she shows up in the world. Tamarah's presence is wise, grounded, and deeply human. She embraces the beauty and the messiness of life, and wanted her website to reflect that.
-
Throughout the process, our collaboration was rooted in deep listening. My role was to hold space, offer guidance, and shape her vision into an online presence that truly felt like her.
This wasn't about imposing a design aesthetic. It was about drawing out what was already within Tamarah and giving it a home online.
Our Collaborative Process
Deep Listening
We explored the heart of Tamarah's brand through intentional conversation and discovery.
Visual Direction
Created a cohesive visual identity inspired by meaningful personal elements.
Thoughtful Refinement
Gave space for reflection and iteration until every detail felt authentic.
You took my heart and gave it words I’d been struggling with.
It felt wonderful to be seen, both by you and now by others.
The design process was beyond my expectations.

The Final Design
This was a rich experience where I had a chance to engage my soul in creativity. It was also an invitation to dig deeper and to listen to ideas and spaces I didn’t know needed tending.
