Rest is radical - particularly in a world that is obsessed with doing and productivity.
21-Days of Rest is a self-directed rest program experienced in the cozy comfort of your own home - designed to easily fit into your life.
You will experience a gentle, ancient meditation practice - called yoga nidra - that guides you from your busy outer world to a deep state of relaxation and resting awareness.
You’ll receive thoughtful and inspiring daily guidance and weekly practices to easefully weave the medicine of rest & aromatic self-care into your daily life.

About the program
It’s a three-phase journey.
The program is designed to be completed over 21 days - the amount of time it takes to create a new habit.
Your rest journey unfolds in three phases:
Week One, The Rest Phase: meeting physical exhaustion & connecting to your body
Week Two, The Release Phase: meeting mental and emotional exhaustion & reclaiming your intuition
Week Three, The Rise Phase: meeting life purpose exhaustion & rising up rested
21 Days of Rest includes
For each phase of the journey explore and sink into new content that centers around four areas:
Rest: Daring to Rest yoga nidra meditations & short rest practices for you to download and keep.
Reflection: Daily emails - with a poem/quote & journaling prompt - to support and deepen your rest journey, plus a weekly journal.
Aromatic Guides: Learn about nine essential oils (3 for each phase) to enhance your 21 day journey, plus receive a DIY aromatherapy recipe for each phase of the journey.
Ritual: Thoughtful guidance for you to create a weekly aromatic ritual of self/soul-care to honor yourself - just as you are.
The flow of the journey
21 Days of Rest is a self-directed, at home experience - meaning you decide when you want to start your 21 day rest journey.
The program is skillfully created for you to complete on your own and there's lots of supportive guidance from me.
You will receive a short email for each day of the journey, intentionally designed to be beautiful, thoughtful, and restful.
Rest each day with a 35 minute yoga nidra meditation or a short 15 minute rest practice.
Each week, enhance your rest journey with aromatherapy and self-care that honors you just as you are.
All content is yours to download and keep forever.

Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the 21 Days of Rest material forever. All the yoga nidra meditation recordings and handouts can be downloaded.

Please note that due to their digital nature, all online retreats & meditations are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the 21 Days of Rest experience, please email me at hello@shelaghlenon.com so that I can address your concern.

It is really up to you. The invitation is for you to rest every day - either with a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation or a shorter rest meditation. The aromatic rituals of self-care are designed to be experienced each week of your rest journey.
You will also receive a very short email every day. I have intentionally designed the emails to be beautiful, thoughtful and restful. It will take you under five minutes to digest this content.

Yoga nidra - known as yogic sleep - is a gentle, ancient meditation practice that guides you from your busy outer world to a deep state of resting awareness. It feels like healing nectar for your entire being.
The beautiful thing about yoga nidra is that there is nothing “to do” but simply rest. Impossible to do wrong; everyone can do it.
Practicing yoga nidra regularly:
