I offer Squarespace web design, business mentoring for women solopreneurs, and Moon Pause online rest retreats. I help women create websites that feel authentic, develop their online business strategy, and find rest and renewal in their busy lives.

Do you work with clients worldwide?

Yes! All of my services are available online, so I work with women solopreneurs from all over the world. While I'm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, my virtual services allow me to support clients globally.

Moon Pause is both a book and a practice. The book, Moon Pause: A Field Guide to Rest, Rhythm, and Returning to Yourself in Midlife and Beyond, guides women through rest and renewal. I also offer monthly online mini-rest retreats held on the New Moon. You can join live from the comfort of home or access the resources in the online portal.

When Isabelle came to me for a Squarespace website redesign, her site was a few years old and in that time, her work had outgrown it.

Her skills had deepened, her vision had expanded, new offerings had emerged and old ones had retired. She'd patched and adjusted the site along the way, but the additions and subtractions had left the flow clunky, and the look and feel no longer aligned with the essence of her somatic coaching practice.

She needed more than updated copy. She needed a website that could hold what her work had actually become: a space centered on somatics, women-centred care, and kinship with the living world.

She wanted any visitor to feel, within seconds, like they were stepping into a sanctuary. A place where the body could soften and exhale. A space that held both compassion and possibility, woven through with nature-inspired imagery that spoke to a sense of belonging.

Our Collaborative Process

We took our time.

Isabelle's work is about presence and nervous-system attunement, so it only made sense that the process of rebuilding her site honoured that same pace. We moved slowly and intentionally, giving each page room to be reworked.

We designed around her essence, not just her offerings.

This meant sitting with who Isabelle had become — as a practitioner, an educator, a leader — and letting the visuals, the tone, and the structure of the site rise up from that, rather than from a template.

An open door

The site now opens like a door — inviting visitors to come in, look around, and stay a while if they'd like. It's the gentle pull to discover and deepen that Isabelle always envisioned for her work.
