The Thrive Collective

JANUARY TO JUNE 2026

Navigating AI with critical curiosity while we support each other to thrive

Are you feeling the pressure to keep up with AI, but unsure what feels right for you and your work?

You're not alone.

AI is everywhere - promising to revolutionize our businesses, save us time, transform how we work. But beneath the hype, there are real questions:

What does it mean to use these tools authentically?
How do we stay true to our voice while experimenting with AI?
What are the ethical implications we need to consider?

The Thrive Collective is a space to explore these questions together.

The Thrive Collective is a supportive space to explore new ideas, navigate changes in our work, and grow together, all within a community of women who value mutual thriving and a gentler, more sustainable approach to business.

Join me for six online gatherings
from January to June 2026.

Together we'll explore AI with critical curiosity, honor what's unfolding in our businesses and lives, and support one another in thriving.

Details

Details & Investment

Format: Online via Zoom

Cadence: Six 90-minute circles (January to June)

Investment: $250 CAD for six months

Dates: TBD

Time: 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. M.T.

Size: Limited to 8 to 10 women so the circle feels robust, yet still intimate. Everyone has space to share and be heard while benefiting from the wisdom of the group.

This is for you if:

  • You want to navigate AI with intention, not just "keep up" with the latest trends

  • You're looking for a supportive space to explore what AI means for your business and your values

  • You crave a sounding board for your questions, experiments, and concerns about using AI authentically

  • You want to learn practical AI skills while staying grounded in critical thinking

  • You long to be seen, heard, and supported as you navigate changes in your business

  • You want to connect with like-minded women, share wisdom, and grow together

  • You value gentle accountability to help you move forward on your goals

  • You're ready to claim dedicated space to tend to your own business, time that's just for you, not for everyone else

Here's what's included:

ONE

AI exploration

Each month we dive into a different aspect of AI - from foundations and ethics to practical applications. You'll build confidence and understanding while maintaining a critical lens about what works for you and your business.

TWO

Community of women

A supportive circle where you can share ideas, receive feedback, celebrate, be seen, and grow together. There is an optional What’s App group to stay connected between gatherings.

THREE

Your evolving goals

Set a goal for winter, then another for spring. You'll receive monthly check-in tools to help you explore your progress. Receive gentle accountability and encouragement as you move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.

Meet Shelagh, your companion and guide

I believe that to thrive is something we do best in community.

Aspen trees may appear as individual trunks above ground, but beneath the soil, they are connected by one vast root system, sharing resources, supporting one another, and growing together. Ecologist Suzanne Simard discovered that these underground systems are not random or competitive, but relational, intelligent, and deeply reciprocal.

What if we approached our work and our businesses in the same way? Not as transaction or competition, but as a living ecosystem where support, insight, and encouragement flow both ways. This is the spirit of The Thrive Collective. It’s about who we’re connected to, how those connections nourish us, and how we show up in return.

Through my work as a web designer, mentor, and space-holder, I support women in tending to their businesses with intention, showing up authentically, and thriving in community.

Seasonal Bonus

Alongside our group gatherings, each woman in the Autumn Edition is invited to book one personal mentoring session with me at a reduced rate.

This 60-minute session is a chance to:

  • Explore your Seasonal Focus more deeply

  • Receive extra support with your business or digital presence

  • Move through a specific question or challenge with dedicated attention

Special Rate: $60 CAD (regularly $80 CAD)
Limit: one reduced-rate session per participant

This is completely optional, but it’s here if you’d like to go deeper in a focused, personal way during the season.

How to join

The Thrive Collective is intentionally small so that the circle feels both intimate and robust. I’m opening 8 spots this autumn, which feels like a sweet size for connection and depth. If more than 8 women want to join, I may expand to 10 total, as long as it feels spacious.

If you feel called to join, the first step is simply to reach out. Send me an email introducing yourself and sharing what draws you to The Thrive Collective. I’ll be in touch to confirm your spot and send along an invoice for the season.

Your place is held once payment is received.

This personal step helps me get to know you and ensures that the group is a supportive, aligned space for everyone who gathers.
