Moon Pause gatherings are mini-rest retreats held every New Moon, offering a nourishing space to rest, reflect, and realign with your rhythm and the natural world. Each gathering is a combination of yoga nidra, seasonal poetry, aromatics, quiet self-reflection, and community.

Held online via Zoom, you can enjoy these peaceful gatherings from the comfort of your own home. Whether you choose to join live or access the recordings, you'll be guided to reconnect with your inner calm and the cycles of nature. During each session, you'll have the option to turn on your camera and microphone or simply rest in quiet solitude.

After you register, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and additional details. Plus, you’ll have access to the yoga nidra recording for a full month, and exclusive resources in our private online portal to deepen your practice with monthly rest rituals.
