Jojoba is not really an oil but a liquid wax. It is molecularly similar to the composition of our skin’s sebum - and highly recommended for peri-menopausal skincare. You may wish to say an affirmation while you complete this aromatic ritual, for example, I take time to nourish myself.
You can also add 3 - 4 drops of the oil directly in with your nighttime moisturizer and apply to both the face and neck. You can also use 3 - 4 drops applied over your moisturizer, which will provide a protective barrier.
You may also want to apply a few drops to your hands - a luxurious, aromatic treat for dry hands.
